Pilot consent

This page is for parents we have personally invited to the closed pilot. Please read carefully and confirm each item. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing privacy@haeven.health.

What you are consenting to

• You may share information about your family situation, parenting, sleep, feeding, mood and wellbeing. Such information can be considered special-category data under GDPR Art. 9. We process it only with your explicit consent (Art. 9(2)(a)).
• Haeven is not a medical service and does not diagnose or treat. When Haeven indicates that a situation may need professional attention, that guidance is general and points you to your existing care providers — it is not a clinical assessment of your specific situation. In an emergency call 112; for medical concerns contact your midwife, GP, or kraamzorg.
• When chat features are enabled, your messages may be processed by an AI gateway (Lovable AI). The gateway operates under contract and conversations are not used to train models.
• Pilot conversation data is kept up to 12 months unless you ask us to delete it earlier. Safety and audit logs are kept for 5 years for regulatory accountability.
• You have the right to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to processing of your data, and to complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
